The Home Inspector
My name is Danny Pritchard and the owner of Precision Inspections LLC. I am a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors(ASHI) and adhere to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of ASHI. I have been performing home inspections full time in the Orange Park, Jacksonville, St. Augustine and surrounding areas since 2000.
Prior to inspecting homes I accumulated 20+ years of “hands on” experience as a Carpenter, Field Engineer and Superintendent constructing single family homes to multi-story commercial buildings. In addition to my experience with modern homes I have inspected and renovated several homes in the “historic” areas of Jacksonville. This has given me an insight into the problems associated with these buildings and the concerns of potential buyers.
Purchasing a home is a huge investment and that is why it is important to hire a home inspector who will do a thorough inspection and has the requisite training and experience to do the job correctly. It is my goal to inspect your home or condominium as though I were buying it myself. I will share my expertise to help you become more knowledgeable, confident, and reassured before, during, and after your negotiations.
